    Job Description:
    The AFP / Application Owner is responsible for providing the appropriate application management and service focal points for authorizing and defining requirements. The Client/Application owner coordinates service definition and planning activities and provides financial budgets on behalf of their organization.
• Communicating Client requirements, strategies, impacts, and Client satisfaction posture. 
• Communicating the account’s financial posture, cost-reduction efforts, concerns, and interlock. 
• Ownership and approval of the DOU/SLA/SLO’s with the Client or service delivery groups (SDM may assist with development and/or update of these documents). 
• Participating in crisis management, especially owning and driving communications to the Client.
• Acting as the single point of contact for the AS and ITD organizations, working with the respective Project Managers to ensure delivery of their projects in a planned and teaming fashion. 
• Timely information on business changes that may impact service requirements, (e.g. need for service, volume changes, performance levels, etc). This includes notification to ITD and to downstream applications of volume changes on data feeds that could impact system stability, for both their application and downstream applications.
• Ownership of the data content of their application, and providing application support for necessary infrastructure upgrades / fixes (includes providing testers as needed). 
• Communicating I/T change activities to their organization, as appropriate, especially complex activity that involves a disruption or an impact to the normal operation of the business area, or requires action on their part.
• Supporting and adherence to ITD-defined SMC processes for change and problem management.
• Adherence to IT Delivery processes and tools for managing projects and application upgrades (BTMT, RFS, IDT, etc).
• Assurance that the application adheres to all IBM Corporate security standards (ITCS104, etc.); ensuring that appropriate risk acceptances are in place for any applications that are out of compliance, 
• Ensure that risk acceptances are opened for infrastructure compliance issues that are caused by customer requirements. 
• Ownership of any regulatory or audit requirements unique to their application and/or environment, and of the final security controls posture (ASCA, IES, WWBCIT, etc). 
• Documenting and maintaining an application support contact list for 24X7 coverage of the application based on asset classification.

Job requirement:
l Bachelor degree or above in computer science or EE
l At least 3 years working experience in IT related jobs
l Basic operation system/middleware knowledge
l Basic financial knowledge
l Basic project management knowledge
l Fluent in written and oral English
l Application owner or application focal point experience will be a plus
l Internal or external audit experience will be a plus
Lotus Notes application development experience is a plus.
